Peanut butter is a good source of protein, monounsaturated fats, antioxidants, as well as nutrients like magnesium and  folate. You may add other ingredients to this smoothie too, as everyone’s tastes are different. This simple smoothie can be added to breakfast or can be an afternoon snack. It is quick, easy, and healthy.

Recipe

2 bananas sliced into chunks

2 cups of milk

½ cup of peanut butter

2 cups of ice cups

How to Make

    Cut bananas into pieces and put in blender

    Add peanut butter to blender

    Add ice to blender and milk if wanted

    Finally blend until smooth and serve (easy)
