Stuffed Peppers
Adding peppers to your diet will help you meet your nutrition goals. Plus, stuffed peppers are easy to make and can be refrigerated for up to 3-5 days. Just reheat for 15-20 mins at 375 and they should be ready to eat. *Please keep in mind results very so use your discretion.

Stuffed peppers are low in calories and are loaded with good nutrition. All varieties of bell peppers are excellent sources of vitamins, both A and C, potassium, folic acid, and fiber.
Prep
Bell peppers- cut top off and cut the inside middle out so there is an empty pocket in the pepper
- Ground round
- Rice
- Cheese
- Garlic and onions
- Salt and pepper
- Diced tomatoes and tomato paste
- Skillet
- Casserole dish
Bake
Add ground round, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, diced tomatoes, tomato paste into a skillet. Then mixed ingredients and cook until meat is done.
Next stuff the peppers with the cooked ingredients. Put stuffed peppers into casserole dish and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375.
Finally take casserole dish out of oven and add shredded cheese to the peppers and bake for another 5-7 minutes at 375.
Take out of oven when done and let cool. Then enjoy.
