A quick, healthy, and simple snack great for the summertime. As we age, it gets harder for our bodies to regulate their temperature. This refreshing treat will help keep us cool after being out in the heat. It does not hurt that that this indulgence is delicious either.
Use discretion for portion sizes, more or less might be needed.
Recipe
3 cups plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt, preferably
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped up or cut in half
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup of granola, crushed
2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions
Wash fruit. Use 1 mason jar/glass. Spoon.
Make
Place cup of yogurt on bottom. Then add a layer of granola. Layer strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries on top of the granola. Then repeat until jar is full. Enjoy.
